Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed, we will dispatch it within 1 - 2 working days from confirmation of your orders. Once the order has been dispatched it will be delivered within 5 to 6 working days.

Order deliveries will be made by a third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30am - 7:00pm from Monday to Saturday.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Cash On Delivery option is available for limited areas only.
2. In case of Cash On Delivery, confirmation will be taken from the recipient over the call.
3. Cash On Delivery orders will be confirmed only if your pin code is serviceable
4. THE STYLER FASHION reserves the right to disable COD option for the User, If COD order is rejected.
5. To initiate Returns please submit an unboxing video to our email I’d.
6. Returns can only be requested if the wrong shade is being delivered.
7. Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
8. Refunds are not applicable on COD.

Refund (For Returns/Cancellations)

In case of a return or cancellation, the refund shall be initiated post the product is delivered back to us and the quality of the products returned are verified by us.

Return/Exchange Policy

The products can be exchanged or returned within 5 days post-delivery, only if the delivered products are defective or damaged. The returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:

1. The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
2. Product is used or altered by the customer
3. If the request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
